Frequently Asked Questions
Is it for lactose sensitivity? ProSobee is lactose and dairy free, making it suitable to babies with lactose sensitivity! Soy formula with CMPA? Many babies who are allergic to cow's milk protein will also be allergic to soy protein. Therefore, agencies such as the American Academy of Pediatrics do not recommend the use of soy formulas for babies who have cow's milk protein allergies. Does Prosobee contain HFCS? Our products do not use high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) as a source of carbohydrates. Some of our lactose-free and Reduced-lactose products such as Enfamil Gentlease, and Enfamil ProSobee use corn syrup solids as a source of carbohydrates which are NOT the same as HFCS. Is my baby lactose sensitive? Many suspected cases of lactose intolerance actually turn out to be other simple digestive issues that are easily managed. If you think your baby might be sensitive to lactose, make an appointment for an exam with your baby's pediatrician.
